Our initial collaboration with the Pikes Peak Business and Education Alliance (PPBEA) began with a comprehensive strategic analysis of their brand essence, goals, and ecosystem. Through a series of in-depth workshops and stakeholder interviews, we identified key positioning opportunities that could bridge the gap between education and workforce development. These insights informed our proposal to redefine the brand's visual and digital identity—one that confidently lives at the intersection of education and business innovation.
We crafted a new brand strategy that balanced professional credibility with youthful energy, ensuring it would resonate equally with students, educators, and industry leaders. From this strategic foundation, we developed a bold, clean logo and a cohesive design system that translates seamlessly across digital and print mediums.
The implementation took shape through a mobile-first, fully responsive website showcasing PPBEA's mission and actively supporting it. Designed with intuitive UX/UI principles, the platform is an interactive marketplace that facilitates real-world work-based learning opportunities. Whether accessed by a high school student exploring career paths or an employer looking to mentor future talent, the digital experience is approachable, efficient, and engaging.
PPBEA is a public/private partnership that brings together multiple school districts, charter school networks, and business leaders. Its mission is to recalibrate the K–12 education system by building scalable connections between classrooms and career pathways. By offering a centralized hub for internships, job shadowing, and employer-led projects, PPBEA empowers students to take ownership of their futures—while helping companies invest in the next generation of skilled professionals.
