We developed a business plan and a seven-year pro-forma to help the premier Executive Olympic Education Institution in the world become to find a path to financial sustainability. Further, in 2023 we were selected to serve as their technology partners in redesigning IOA's website, developing IOA's online event registration, payments system, and LMS, along with developing their first online courses.
