Panasonic City Now, a division of Panasonic North American that focus on providing smart city solution service to select B2B clients was seeking representation in Southern Colorado for to coordinate efforts with existing accounts and develop awareness among prospect clients in the region.

Solution

a. We conducted a full scale study in the specialty coffee business and established relevant KPI's for the hold fast market. b. We created a ten year financial strategic plan to meet their scale goals. c. We followed by launching a training program for key staff members on management, HR, financial forecasting, and promotional strategy.  d. Challenge

YCA leadership wanted: a. To created an Olympic centric youth leadership educational program for high school students. b. Develop a selection process to identify students to qualify and participate in YCA programs. c. Design an Olympic oriented international travel program.  

 

 

Solution

We started by examining Olympic educational programs around the world. Then, we developed an online essay completion. Created a website that would enable students to submit their essays online and teachers would have the capability to grade them. Further, we launched a marketing campaign to promote the program to all school districts. Finally, we established and annual travel program that would take students to the birthplace of the Olympic Games in Greece.
